Chardonnay PengNat 2024

Alongside his work at Bruno Clavelier in Vosne-Romanée, Tillman Eder also produces a small amount of wine in Germany—specifically in the Baden region, just across from Alsace. Tillman sources his grapes from the estate where he worked for several years, crafting wines primarily from Chardonnay. Here, we introduce a few of his cuvées, with a special fondness for his PengNat: a 100% dry wine that is truly delicate. Also noteworthy is his 2023 vintage ChardoPeng: a finely chiseled, mineral-driven Chardonnay with impressive length on the palate. This new generation of German winemakers is truly exciting!
