On these dolomitic and limestone soils, he cultivates Chardonnay, Elbling, and Pinot Noir with remarkable precision and a deeply artisanal approach. His philosophy is simple: express the purity of the terroir without artifice. The vines are farmed manually and without chemical inputs, yielding wines of striking energy. In the cellar, fermentations occur naturally with indigenous yeasts, élevage takes place in old barrels, and sulfur is used sparingly. The result: wines of exemplary tension, salinity, and depth.
