Originally from Burgundy’s wine-growing landscapes, Arnaud Lopez began his journey in the world of wine at the age of 35 at the renowned Domaine Prieuré Roch, a true benchmark of the Côte de Nuits. After ten years of experience, he decided to create Pinot Noar, his own wine label, crafting cuvées that reflect his vision. Working with high-quality grapes sourced from trusted grower friends, he focuses exclusively on organic farming, convinced that the balance between man and nature is essential to producing authentic wines. Respect for the soil and preservation of biodiversity guide every step, from vineyard to cellar. In the winery, his philosophy remains the same: low-intervention vinification to allow the fruit to fully express its character and the uniqueness of each terroir. The result is a collection of limited, precise, and vibrant cuvées, born from rigorous work and a deep passion for wine.
