Mas du Châtelet, founded in 2024 by Eléonore Perczak, is a small 2-hectare organic estate composed of four parcels overlooking the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. The vineyard is farmed entirely by hand, with great respect for the natural growth cycle. Soil work is carried out gently to preserve its balance. Harvesting is done manually in small crates, with sorting performed directly on the vine. For this first vintage, three red cuvées are produced, each with its own vinification approach to highlight the character of its terroir: slow macerations, meticulous monitoring, no filtration and no fining. Originally from Burgundy, Eléonore seeks wines that are precise and refined, while preserving the aromatic identity of the southern grape varieties she holds dear.
