Pradelou 2023 MAGNUM

Xavier Braujou founded Domaine La Terrasse d’Elise in 1998, cultivating around ten hectares between Aniane and Saint-Jean-de-Fos. The son of a vigneron and a former lumberjack, he has patiently shaped a vineyard of old Carignan, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsault vines, trained as bush vines and yielding naturally low harvests of about 20 hl/ha.A solitary and determined craftsman, his guiding principles are finesse and freshness. Harvesting is done by hand, extraction is deliberately gentle, and élevage is long, with no use of new oak. Several cuvées are produced as single-varietals to highlight both the intrinsic qualities of each grape and the character of these outstanding Languedoc terroirs.Bottled under IGP Hérault, the wines stand out for their elegance, balance, and aromatic precision.
