Located in the heart of the Chassagne-Montrachet appellation, Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards, primarily around Chassagne, with additional parcels in Puligny, Santenay, Meursault, and Remigny. Since 1991, Jean-Marc Pillot has combined tradition and innovation to fully express the unique character of this renowned terroir. Committed to sustainable viticulture, the domaine employs practices that respect the environment and enhance the quality of its grapes, ensuring wines that reflect both their origin and meticulous craftsmanship. The white wines, crafted from Chardonnay, undergo 12 months of aging in French oak barrels (30% new oak), followed by 6 to 8 months in stainless steel tanks to achieve perfect balance. The red wines, made from Pinot Noir, are aged for 18 months in barrels, developing structure and elegance. Each cuvée, often sourced from old vines, is characterized by its minerality, aromas of white flowers, citrus, and hazelnut, and a persistent finish. Whether white or red, the wines of Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot embody precision, authenticity, and a deep respect for terroir
