Located in Marieulles-Vezon, between Metz and Pont-à-Mousson, Domaine Enivrance covers two hectares of old vines planted between 1950 and 1975 — a living heritage of Moselle’s viticultural history. Taken over in 2019 by Nicolas Pierron, the project aims to craft “living wines”: hand-harvested, with grass-covered soils, massal selections, and minimal intervention in the cellar. The main varieties are Auxerrois, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, rooted in clay and limestone soils facing southeast on the slopes overlooking the Seille valley. Enivrance embodies a return to authenticity — wines that breathe, clear and precise, with no artifice, reflecting both the character of the land and the generosity of the Moselle.
