The Domaine de la Cavalière has embraced a healthy and responsible approach to organic farming. Polyculture—including olive trees, vines, vegetables from the garden, animals, and a few beehives—encourages biodiversity and supports the pollination of various crops. Located at an altitude of 320 meters and benefiting from the unique environment of the Luberon, the Domaine is committed to sharing the natural benefits of its terroir. The result of its work stems from a deep respect for nature and the surrounding environment. All grapes are hand-harvested to avoid crushing the fruit and to limit potential bacterial issues. Throughout the winemaking process, the Domaine works exclusively using natural methods, avoiding the use of commercial yeasts, enzymes, or any other additives that go against its philosophy.
