The Yura Estate, based in Gueberschwihr in Alsace, is run by Jintaro Yura, a Japanese-born winemaker with an international background. After gaining experience in New Zealand, Burgundy and Alsace, he now follows a natural and precise approach to winemaking: vineyard work inspired by organic practices, native yeast fermentations, minimal intervention and carefully managed ageing. Produced in very small quantities, the wines showcase Alsace’s classic grape varieties — Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir — offering pure, focused and finely balanced expressions where terroir comes first.
