List of products by brand Vincent Paindavoine
In 2022, Vincent Paindavoine took over Domaine Rayard in Vosne-Romanée, managing just under 3 hectares across six appellations. Since 2012, he has also worked at the Hospices de Beaune, overseeing vineyards such as Clos de la Roche and Mazis-Chambertin. His family estate, acquired in the 1960s-70s, includes 1.5 hectares in Vosne-Romanée, spread across 17 plots. His uncle, Jean-Louis, the mayor of Vosne-Romanée, previously worked at Domaine de la Vougeraie before taking over the family vineyards in the 1990s. After an initial career in theater, Vincent trained at the CFPPA in Beaune in 2005, gaining experience at Rapet, Bruno Clavelier, and in South Africa. He officially took over the family vineyards in 2022 and planted Aligoté that same year. In 2022, he also acquired 0.15 hectares in Gevrey-Chambertin through the SAFER. His vineyards are currently converting to organic farming, with certification expected in 2025. Vinification varies by vintage: in 2022, all grapes were destemmed, while in 2024, he opted for more whole-cluster fermentation. From 2025, following his uncle’s retirement, he will vinify and market the entire 1.5-hectare estate under his own name, including Vosne-Romanée Village and Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru "Les Beaux Monts."
