Côtes d'Auxerre Blanc 2023

Founded in 1987 in the winemaking tradition of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, Domaine Grand Roche came to life when Erick Lavallée planted his first vines on the Grand Roche lieu-dit. Since 2021, his children Caroline and Clément have carried on the family story with the same passion. Today, they farm 14.5 hectares of vineyards spread across Chablis, the Auxerrois, and a small parcel in Saint-Bris. Driven by their terroir and a desire to bring people together, the estate continues to produce wines that are sincere, balanced, and crafted with precision. Chardonnay, Aligoté, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir are carefully cultivated on fragmented plots throughout the vineyard.Each appellation — Chablis, Saint-Bris, Bourgogne Côtes d’Auxerre in both white and red — expresses in its own way the richness and diversity of the limestone-clay soils, offering wines that remain true to their origin.
