Guillaume Cancelloni, a mountain enthusiast, grew up in the Paris region with a deep connection to Chamonix. After studying finance and spending twelve years in a corporate career in Paris, he decided to shift his focus to wine, a passion that had accompanied him since adulthood. He began his journey in 2020 at Domaine des Terres Promises with Jean-Christophe Comor, then joined Marielle and Nicolas Ferrand (Les Côtes Rousses) in Savoie in 2021, refining his approach to natural winemaking. He furthered his training with Camille and Mathieu Apffel, Guillemette and Matthieu Goury (Domaine de Chevillard), and Domaine de Gabelas in Languedoc. In 2022, he established his own winery and produced his first cuvées at Les Côtes Rousses. In 2023, he settled in Porte-de-Savoie, where he cultivates a parcel of Altesse and expands his activity through the purchase of organic grapes. He produces 8,000 bottles across five cuvées, all fermented with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, and with little to no added SO2. Wines that we truly enjoyed and are delighted to share with you!
