Peltier Ravineau Estate, born from the boldness and friendship of Arthur Peltier and Achille Ravineau, thrives in Valaire, at the heart of the Cheverny appellation. These two winemakers, inspired by natural wine mentors, cultivate 5 hectares of organically farmed vines (with certification expected in 2026) on chalk and flint soils. Their grape varieties—Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Gamay, Côt, and Romorantin—express the purity of the fruit and the terroir’s minerality, without artifice. Their philosophy is reflected in straightforward, elegant wines such as "La Marnière" (Sauvignon/Menu Pineau) and "Les Patureaux" (Pinot Noir/Gamay), which already charm with their balance and freshness, promising a bright future for this up-and-coming estate.
