Champagne Guillaume Hénin

Champagne Guillaume Hénin=

Guillaume Hénin, a trained oenologist from the Institut Jules-Guyot in Dijon, gained experience in two emblematic regions: Beaujolais, at Château de Corcelles, and Burgundy, with Olivier Leflaive in Puligny-Montrachet. These formative years led him back to his family estate, Champagne Hénin-Delouvin, established for several generations in the Marne Valley, where he now develops his own identity as a winemaker. His first cuvée, Les Terres Chaudron, is a 100% Meunier Blanc de Noirs, vintage-dated and sourced from a parcel inherited in Cerseuil. The vineyard is now farmed with a strong respect for living soils, and the wine is aged in barrels, in a precise, low-intervention style. The aim is to let the Meunier speak plainly and to highlight the purity of the Cerseuil terroir while preserving the wine’s natural energy. A rare and sincere cuvée, reflecting both Guillaume’s technical precision and his commitment to crafting champagnes rooted in place—straightforward, vibrant, and authentic.
