Le Vin du Moulin

Just beneath the Gallo-Roman site on Mont Melian in Auxey duresses Tom & Aude Kevill Davies work 17 har of 70 year old gamay vines.The vines were offered by Aude’s parents in 2020 and as lovers of wine & gardening were accepted gratefully. Historically the vines belonged to the Moulin Prunier, were Tom & Aude now live, and so it was deemed fitting to name the wine Vin Du Moulin. All the vineyard work is done by hand and Tom & Aude are committed to eco-responsible viticulture in order to preserve nature and ensure the best possible vineyard conditions.The wine undergoes a semi carbonic maseration in concrete before being pressed and aging in inox.
